Strata Managers do not have the power to remove residents from properties, this is between owners/letting agents and tenants in accordance with legislation. Complaints received in writing must be considered a breach of the registered by-laws for the strata scheme before any action is taken. A letter will be issued to the owner and/or letting agent of the lot in question if a by-law has been breached.
